Customer Service and Sales Intern

We have an incredible opportunity for a Customer Service and Sales Intern to join an accelerating startup in Brighton. We’re looking for a high-performing and target driven intern to help us meet our growth targets.
The startup world is notoriously a very fast paced environment that holds a huge amount of potential for growth and personal development. Ultimately, you will gain a broad experience in customer service, sales and marketing and you should be prepared to adapt to changing work environments.
 
Responsibilities:
Invoicing clients
Answering sales calls
Researching new sales opportunities
Liaising with project mangers
Managing affiliates
Researching new sales leads
Assist in preparing sale preparations
Assist in preparing new campaign strategies including trade shows, email campaigns and outbound calling
Provide support to social media marketing 
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
 
Requirements:
Ability to get things done
A self-starter that is comfortable with both taking initiate and working collaboratively
Detail orientated with strong written and communication skills
An ability to work calmly under pressure
Target driven
Strong desire to learn with professional drive
Being able to think outside-the-box and help brainstorm new ideas
In-depth knowledge of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
Experience with social media analytics, including google analytics and Facebook Insights
Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
Excellent knowledge of Apple Pages, Numbers and Keynote
Familiarity with CRM tools
